TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERALBy commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.All artworks are digital, custom-made commissions, created by hand (digitally) and delivered as digital files. No physical products are shipped.2. PROCESS & WORKFLOWYou provide a description and/or references for your commission.
I will create the artwork based on your request and my personal art style.
Work-in-progress previews will be provided through the whole period.3. PAYMENT50% of the payment is required upfront through PayPal. No work will start before payment is confirmed. After the sketch is aproved, the second half of the payment is to be made.Payments are non-refundable once the artwork has started.4. REVISIONSYou may request small revisions during the sketch phase (pose, expression, small details, etc).
Major changes after approval of the sketch may incur an extra fee.
No revisions are allowed after final delivery, except for artist mistakes.5. TURNAROUND TIMEEstimated delivery time will be informed before starting. Usually around three weeks. Delays may occur due to complexity or personal circumstances, but always previously informed.6. USAGE RIGHTSYou receive the right to use the artwork for personal use (profile pictures, wallpapers, social media, personal projects, etc.). Commercial use is not included by default and requires an additional fee. You may not resell, redistribute, mint as NFTs, or claim the artwork as your own.7. COPYRIGHT & CREDITSI retain full copyright over the artwork unless commercial rights are purchased. I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, website, and social media.
If you prefer your commission to remain private, please inform me in advance and an extra fee may be required.8. CONTENT POLICYI will draw:Original characters
Fan art
Fantasy, anime, gaming styles
NSFWI will NOT draw:Hate, harassment, or discriminatory content
Illegal or non-consensual content
Any kind of sexual or suggestive content involving minors
Content that promotes violence or abuse
I reserve the right to refuse any request I’m uncomfortable with.9. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSYou may cancel before work starts for a full refund.
Once work has started, refunds are not available.10. COMMUNICATIONPlease provide clear references and descriptions.
Excessive delays in client responses may result in your commission being delayed as well.11. AGREEMENTBy commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
